Lawyer from Universidad del Rosario with a graduate degree in Tax Law from the same university, M.A. in Gender Studies from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and LL.M. with emphasis in International Law from Cardozo School of Law (New York). Currently candidate to SJD from Temple University (Philadelphia) and fellow at the Institute for Global Law and Policy of Harvard School of Law. She was Fulbright scholar in 2012-2014. Her work, among other things, explores intersections between civil law regulations and public law.
